In 2023, authors began reckoning with significant issues of uncertainty, which have caused them to reconsider and revise their publishing strategies, such as the rise of paper mills, mass retractions, and journal delistings. To address these specific issues for authors, Accdon has drafted a white paper outlining the problem and the best course of action for authors to navigate the current publishing landscape.
